We understand life happens and things change. Please review our policies and FAQ's and feel free to contact us with any questions.
We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel 72 hours prior to your booking. Refunds will only include the package amount, the tax and service fee of 15% is non-refundable.
Cancellations within less than 72 hours of your booking will have the following options and may incur late fees:
- Reschedule your picnic by emailing us at email@example.com. We will schedule you for a future date (subject to availability).
- If you prefer a full cancellation, there is a 50% non-refundable fee.
- Same day cancellations and no shows will not be refunded.
If it looks like inclement weather may affect your reservation, we will contact you in advance to discuss your options. There is no charge for rescheduling your picnic due to inclement weather.
What does the day of look like?
We arrive between 1-2 hours before your picnic start time to set up. Take down takes about 30-45 minutes. We do all the set up, styling, and take down for your occasion. All you need to do is come and enjoy your picnic escape!
What is included in my picnic?
All items included are described in detail on our website under Picnic Packages. No food is included in any package. However, you are welcome to bring anything you desire to your picnic!
What if I want to leave early?
Please do not leave your picnic unattended under any circumstances. If you would like to leave early, simply contact us and we will return ASAP.
How do I pay?
Once your picnic is approved we will email you an invoice. Full payment is required within 48 hours of receiving the invoice in order to secure your date.
Do you provide alcohol?
Due to licensing and park restrictions we do not provide any alcohol. You may consume alcohol, at your discretion, at approved locations.
What happens if I'm late?
Your picnic time slot will begin and end at your scheduled time, regardless of if your entire party is there or not.
